Identity & data protection

• Contact details: full name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number.
• Delivery details: town or city and delivery address.
• Order details: items, quantities, totals and the payment method you selected.
• Any notes, photos or product links you send us for an import quotation.

To confirm your order, arrange sourcing and shipping, deliver to your address, handle returns or refunds, and answer your support messages. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.

Payments are completed with your bank, mobile money operator or card provider. Zambia Kuchalo does not ask for, store or display your PIN, one-time passwords, full card number or online banking password. Anyone requesting these in our name is not acting for us — report it to us immediately.

Only staff handling your order, and the delivery or freight partner that needs your address to complete it. Sellers on the marketplace receive only what is required to prepare and hand over your order — never your payment credentials.

• Always pay against an order reference issued at checkout.
• Confirm payment details on this website before sending money.
• Never share verification codes, even with someone claiming to be our staff.
• Report suspicious messages, numbers or pages using our contact page.

Order records are kept for as long as needed for accounting, warranty and customs purposes, then removed. You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask for corrections, or ask us to delete details we are not legally required to keep.
