Valora is only as safe as the community that keeps it clean. If a listing, seller or message looks fraudulent, report it here. Every report is confidential and reviewed by our trust team — you can report anonymously.

False reports made in bad faith may lead to account suspension. We never share your details with the party you report.

Warning signs of a scam

  • Someone asks you to pay a personal mobile money number that is not 0963021135.
  • A “seller” pushes you to move the chat off the platform and pay immediately.
  • Prices are far below market and the seller refuses proof of stock.
  • You are asked for your PIN, OTP or full card details — we never ask for these.

What we do with your report

  1. 1. We review the report within 24 hours on business days.
  2. 2. Suspicious listings are hidden while we investigate.
  3. 3. Confirmed fraud leads to permanent removal of the seller.
  4. 4. Affected buyers are guided through our refund process.
