Trade compliance & buyer protection
Importing across borders comes with rules. This page sets out how we handle customs, restricted goods, product standards and payment integrity so that your order arrives legally and on time.

Issued by VALORA COMMERCIAL SERVICES LIMITED (trading as Valora), registered in Zambia.
Customs, duty and taxes
Import orders are declared to the Zambia Revenue Authority through a licensed clearing agent. Quotations show the landed cost, including freight, duty, VAT where applicable and delivery to your town, so there are no surprise charges on arrival. Where a duty rate or valuation changes at clearance, we share the official documentation with you.
Restricted and prohibited goods
We do not source, ship or list weapons, ammunition, narcotics, counterfeit branded goods, protected wildlife products, or any item prohibited by Zambian or Chinese export and import law. Regulated categories such as pharmaceuticals, telecom equipment, agricultural inputs and fuel-burning machinery are only handled where the required permit or standards certificate can be obtained.
Product standards and inspection
Orders are inspected and photographed in China before shipment. You review the inspection pack and approve it before the balance is paid. Electrical goods are checked for the correct voltage and plug type for Zambia, and vehicles are documented with photos and condition notes before loading.
Payment integrity and anti-fraud
Every order receives a unique reference and payment is only made to the account details published on this website. We screen unusual orders, keep an audit trail of payments and deliveries, and cooperate with banks and mobile money operators where fraud is suspected. We do not accept payments intended to disguise the source of funds.
Sanctions and trade screening
We do not knowingly trade with parties or destinations subject to international sanctions, and we decline orders where the end use appears unlawful.
Buyer protection
- Written quotation and order reference before any payment.
- Inspection evidence before goods leave China.
- Shipment tracking and delivery confirmation.
- Refunds and returns handled under our refund policy.
- Personal data handled under our identity protection policy.
